At Tropical Plants, we want your indoor jungle to thrive; if your greenery arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Please note that live plants must be in their original nursery pots to be eligible for a return.

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Document the Condition
For live plants, please take a clear photo of the foliage and root system to help our botanists assess any health issues or shipping damage.
Pack with Care
Secure the plant or home accessory in its original packaging using the provided eco-friendly padding to ensure it remains stable during transit.
Ship and Track
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; your refund will be processed once the plant is inspected.
